Itinerary vs Reality 🇳🇵⛰️

Your Nepal itinerary may look perfect on paper…

But the mountains have their own plans.

- Flights get delayed.
- Weather changes fast.
- Trails shift.
- Routes adapt.

That’s the reality of adventure travel in Nepal.

The best trips aren’t the ones that follow a rigid schedule, they’re the ones built with flexibility, local expertise and real-time decision making.

Experienced operators don’t just “run itineraries.”
They adjust, adapt, and make the experience smoother when conditions change.

If you’re planning a trek in Nepal, leave room for the unexpected.

Sometimes the best memories come from unplanned moments.

Everest is iconic.
But Nepal doesn’t end there.

There’s a quieter side to these mountains
less crowded, more personal, and deeply unforgettable.

Think the raw wilderness of Dolpo,
the hidden trails of Nar Phu Valley,
the ancient landscapes of Upper Mustang,
the spiritual calm of Tsum Valley,
or the wild expanse of Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve.

Not just a destination.
An experience few truly explore.

Which one would you choose?

27 Years in the Himalayas. Now We Rebuild for the Future.

For nearly three decades, we’ve walked the trails, guided journeys, and built a trekking legacy in Nepal.

But the future of travel won’t be built the old way.

It will be:
- AI-powered
- Digitally driven
- Deeply human
- Sustainably scalable

So we’re doing something bold.

We’re assembling a team. Not employees but co-builders.

Think:
- AI engineers who can rethink how people discover and plan journeys
- Marketers who can turn mountains into movements
- Tech builders who can digitize and scale experiences
- Creators who understand both culture and code

What is the MISSION?
To merge Trekking + technology + AI + Sustainability and build one of a kind travel company from Nepal to the world.

A company that:
- Uses AI to personalize travel
- Builds digital-first trekking experiences
- Scales globally without losing local soul
- Creates impact, not just itineraries

Who is this for?
This is for you if:
- You’re tired of building someone else’s vision
- You want to create something meaningful from Nepal
- You have skills in AI, tech, digital marketing, product designs, systems
- You think travel can be reimagined, not just sold

What will you get?
- Equity / revenue share, you build it, you own it
- Real ownership from day one
- A chance to reshape an industry
- A legacy business + startup energy

What we already have?
- 27+ years of ground experience
- Deep networks in Nepal’s trekking ecosystem
- Real operations, not just ideas

What we need?
Builders. Thinkers. Doers.

People who want to create something that should exist but doesn’t yet.

If this feels like something you’ve been waiting for;
Send a message, not your CV. Your thinking.

Tell us:
What would you build in travel with AI?
What role would you play in this mission?

Let’s build the future of travel from Nepal.

Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp: Expect the Unexpected

This photo looks like your average epic Himalayan moment; sunshine, snowy peaks, and smiling faces. But what it doesn’t show is the behind-the-scenes reality of trekking in the mountains.

It was April. We packed for spring. What we got was rain, hail, and a fresh dump of snow. At one point, we walked 3 hours through torrential rain. One of us used a bamboo stick (borrowed from a local villager) because of knee pain. I stuffed plastic bags inside my boots just to keep my feet dry. And that’s just scratching the surface…

Trekking teaches you to be prepared, stay flexible, and laugh at the unexpected. And honestly, it’s those unpredictable moments that make the best stories.

Have you ever had a "this-wasn’t-in-the-plan" moment while traveling? Share it below, we’d love to hear it!
