Just one day after Buddha Jayanti, the surroundings of the sacred Boudha Stupa were filled with waste and crowd activity. But thanks to the tireless efforts of 22 dedicated BNADC sweepers, the transformation speaks for itself.

We remain committed to preserving the dignity, beauty, and sanctity of Boudha Stupa for all pilgrims, visitors, and future generations.

श्री बौद्धनाथ क्षेत्र विकास समितिद्धारा बौद्ध महाचैत्य दर्शन गर्न आउनुहुने भक्तजन तथा पर्यटकहरुको सुविधाका लागि २ वटा पर्यटक शौचालयहरु सञ्चालनमा रहेका छन् ।

एउटा पर्यटक शौचालय बौद्ध मूल गेट पारीबाट ३० मिटर दायाँपट्टी रहेको पर्यटक प्रहरी वृत्तको भूईतलामा रहेको छ भने अर्को पर्यटक शौचालय घ्योइलिसाङ(गुरु रिन्पोछे पार्क) भित्र अवस्थित छ ।

हप्ताको सातै दिन सञ्चालनमा रहेका दुवै पर्यटक शौचालयमा समितिका कर्मचारीद्धारा नियमित रुपमा सरसफाई हुँदै आइरहेको छ जसले पर्यटकहरुलाई स्वच्छ र सहज सेवा प्रदान गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याएको छ।

The Shree Boudhanath Area Development Committee has been operating two public tourist toilets to enhance the convenience of pilgrims and visitors coming at the Boudhanath Stupa.

One of the tourist toilets is located approximately 30 meters to the right from the opposite side of main entrance , on the ground floor of the Tourist Police Office, while the other is situated within the Ghyoilisang (Guru Rinpoche Park) premises.

Both tourist toilets are in operation seven days a week, and regular cleaning and maintenance are carried out by the Committee’s staff, contributing to the provision of clean and convenient services for visitors.
