🌸 Seitenkyū A Taiwanese-style Temple in Japan 🌸

Did you know that in Sakado City, Saitama, there is a stunning temple that looks just like the palaces of Taiwan and China? ✨

This is Seitenkyū (聖天宮), also known as Sheng Tian Gong. Built over 15 years and completed in 1995, it is the largest Taoist temple in Japan. The temple was created by a Taiwanese businessman, Kang Kuo-Den, in gratitude for his recovery from illness.

With its golden tiled roofs, colorful dragon carvings, and intricate wooden doors, Seitenkyū is not only a spiritual site but also an architectural masterpiece. Inside, it enshrines the Three Pure Ones, the highest deities in Taoism.

Today, Seitenkyū welcomes visitors for worship, cultural events, and sightseeing. It’s a hidden gem where you can experience Taiwanese culture without leaving Japan. 🌏🙏
