HEED Nepal works with communities and organizations to achieve change locally, nationally and our international organization DEVRA with globally in order to realize fundamental human rights for poor and excluded Vnd disadvantage people of Nepal. HEED provides technical assistance to community-based initiatives and civil society development, poverty reduction, healthcare, human rights, education,
Empower women and youth, provides skill training for job employment and related social development projects in the developing world. We provide the humanitarian aid that is not provided by the government and other NGOs/ INGOs or related agencies. We achieve our goals by creating and supporting programs that provide alternative opportunities in different ways. During 2006, 2007 and 2008, HEED Nepal expanded the CHALISH VILLAGE SCHOOL, JHARLANG JYOTEE SCHOOL, COMMUINTY CENTER in Kathmand and chitwan who they are Migrated from rural poor mountain villages and ORPHANGE HOUSE. For the children, HEED have provided with the necessary educational materials and weatherproof classrooms with day care center. Formed in 2002 for over 6 years we have been growing and expanding to where we are today - helping over 15000 Nepalese poorest and most disadvantaged people. Our organization operates with the people’s assistance and encourages local participation and involvement to implement each and every program so as to make benefits sustainable.
