You don't have to have all the answers to take the first step. ๐
Counselling isn't about being "broken"โit's about having a safe space to be heard, understand yourself, and move forward with clarity. Every conversation is a step toward healing, growth, and resilience.
๐ฟ Your story matters.
๐ค Support is available.
๐ You don't have to face it alone.

Anger is a natural emotionโit isn't the problem. What matters is how we understand and respond to it.
Sometimes, anger is a signal of hurt, stress, disappointment, or feeling unheard. By pausing, identifying the real emotion, and responding thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively, we create space for healthier choices and stronger relationships.
Remember:
โค๏ธ It's okay to feel angry.
๐ง It's not okay to let anger control your actions.
๐ฑ Self-awareness is the first step toward emotional strength.
Know yourself. Understand your anger. Choose peace.
