The latest report on real estate projects completed in Dubai in the first half of 2026, which highlights the sector’s continued growth. A total of 104 real estate projects, with a combined investment value of approximately AED 111 billion, were completed, representing an estimated 52% increase. These projects also added more than 24,000 new real estate units in Dubai, up 36% compared with last year.

Finishing up Day 2 at the Hong Kong Fiduciary Association, and it’s been incredibly eye-opening.

Today’s sessions focused on the realities of cross-border wealth. We dove deep into International Inheritance Accounts and how to build a literal "Asset Firewall" around our clients' capital. Seeing the mechanics of how a Hong Kong Trust can facilitate borderless, completely private transactions while protecting business owners from future liabilities is just remarkable.
