t is a fact that Taplejung district one of the seventy five districts of the country is a remote district where most of the inhabitants are of Buddhist community and the native populace of the district are of backward class due to lack of economic and social consciousness; and, whereas it is felt necessary to develop organization among the general public of Taplejung district living in Kathmandu by organizing and unifying them in order to strengthen the economic aspect of the Kanchanjanga Area by conducting skill oriented programs, social awareness programs and to carry on other development works in the said area. Now therefore, this Statute of Kanchanjanga Buddhist Social Service . 2061 has hereby been promulgated for the purpose of establishing and running the association named as Kanchanjanga Buddhist Social Service.
