Day 01: Drive west to Arughat by bus 7 – 8 hrs and overnight in camp or tea house.
Day 02 Arughat trek to Soti khola and overnight.
Day 03: Soti khola trek to Machhakhola and overnight.
Day 04: Machhakhola trek to Doban and overnight.
Day 05: Doban trek to Jagat and overnight.
Day 06: Jagat trek to Deng and overnight.
Day 07: Deng trek to Namrung and overnight.
Day 08: Namrung trek to Syale and overnight.
Day 09: Syale trek to Samagaon and overnight.
Day 10: Rest day.
Day 11: Samagaon-Manaslu Base cmap and high lake (Birendra lake) and trek to Samdo.
Day 12: Samdo trek to Dharamshala and overnight.
Day 13: Dharmashala t- Larke pass and trek to Bhimathan and overnight.
Day 14: Bhimathan trek to Tilje and overnight.
Day 15: Tilje trek to Tal and overnight.
Day 16: Tal trek to Syange and overnight.
Day 17: Syange to Besi sahar and overnight.
Day 18: Besi sahar drive to Kathmandu 7 hrs.
Day 19 : A Rest or back to your Home
