**Scholarship Opportunity: Funding to Attend the Commercial UAV Expo**
This scholarship will provide three students with the opportunity to attend the Commercial UAV Expo, including a full conference pass, mentorship matching, hotel accommodations, and a travel stipend.
This scholarship program aims to empower and support university students passionate about utilizing drones for good and strives to create an inclusive, diverse, and accepting community of professionals in the commercial drone industry.
**Why do I believe in the importance of these types of scholarships?**
When I began my UAV journey in 2014, it was my participation in a GeoInformatics Conference where I heard about drones for the first time. I learned about the possibilities in surveying and mapping with this technology.
I highly encourage Geoinformatics students in Nepal to apply.
Application deadline: July 12th
