“रामेछाप सेवा समाज” किन?

आज विश्वकै सबैभन्दा कम प्रतिव्यक्ति आय भएको मुलुकको रुपमा चिनिने हाम्रो देश “नेपाल” परम्परागत कृषि प्रणालीमा आश्रित भएको अविकसित र पछौटे समाजमा विद्यमान गरिबि, रोग, अशिक्षा, अन्धविश्वास, सामाजिक विभेद, छुवाछुत, बाताबरण प्रदुषण, अस्थिरता जस्ता दर्जनौ समस्याहरुका अलावा बेरोजगारी दिन-दुगुना रात चौगुना बढ्दै गईरहेको छ । साथै समाजमा विद्यमान आर्थिक तथा समाजिक विकासका पूर्वाधारका अपर्याप्तताको कारण सामुदायको जनजिवन बदलिन नसकिरहेको वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्यमा आर्थिक तथा समाजिक विकासका साथै वातावरणीय विकासका लागी युवाहरुले नयाँ सोचका साथ कट्टिबद्ध भई, सामाजिक जागरुकता ल्याई, नयाँ परिवर्तन साकार पार्नु छ । तसर्थ हाम्रो समाजमा विद्यमान ती सबै प्रकारका विकृती, विसंगती, अन्तरविरोधहरुको उचित ब्यवस्थापनको निमित्त सामाजिक, आर्थिक बिकासको साथै बिद्यमान परम्परागत ज्ञान र सिपलाई आधुनिकिकरण गरि विभिन्न क्षेत्रहरु जस्तै शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि, वन, वातावरण,पर्यटन, भौतिक पूर्वाधार, समानता, सुचना र रोजगारी, मनोरञ्जन, खेलकुद जस्ता महत्वपूर्ण सवालहरुमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्दै सामाजिक, राजनैतिक, आर्थिक एवं साँस्कृतिक रुपले पिछडिएका वर्ग समुदाय, बालबालिका, ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, अशक्त व्यक्तिका संरक्षणका लागि र विशेष गरेर युवावर्गको समग्र विकासको लागि अत्तिरिक्त कला र विभिन्न सिप सहित सामाजिक सचेतना अभिवृद्धिका कार्यक्रम ग्रामिण स्तरसम्म पुर्याई स्वरोजगार सृजना गरि आर्थिक रुपले सम्पन्न समाजको निर्माणमा सघाउ पुर्याउन सकियोस् भन्ने स्वच्छ अभिप्रायले समाजमा देखिएका शोषण, उत्पिडन, अन्याय विरुद्ध सामाजिक सदभाव कायम गर्दै, नयाँ राष्ट निर्माण प्रक्रियालाई सहयोग गर्न र विभिन्न धर्म, वर्ग, जातजाति, भाषा-भाषी, सम्प्रदायको बिच सामाजिक राष्टिय एकता पैदा गर्दै, लोकतन्त्र सुशासन एवं सामाजिक न्यायप्रति प्रतिबद्ध रहि, विश्व बन्धुत्वको भावना सृजना गर्ने महान उद्देश्यका साथ स्थानिय बुद्धिजिवि, यूवा, महिला, ब्यवसायी तथा नागरिक समाज समेतको सहमति छलफलबाट एक सामाजिक संस्था गठन गर्ने निर्णय गरे अनुरुप “रामेछाप सेवा समाज” को विधान, सस्था दर्ता ऐन २०३४ को अधिनमा रहि तर्जुमा गरिएको छ।
