Triyog High School Triyog High School is one of the premier co-educational institutions in Nepal providing quality education.

The Second Project Day of Grade III, based on the theme โ€œ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž,โ€ explored Food and Festivals through presentations, creative activities, and interactive games.

Students shared their learning about Nepali festivals, traditions, and cultural foods while showcasing colourful art and craftwork, including diyos, swings, kites, tridents, and traditional objects. Parents also joined in festival-themed games and enjoyed the experience.

It was a joyful day of learning, creativity, and celebrating our rich Nepali heritage.

Grade VII students took part in an interactive session on Disaster Management, connected to their Social Studies curriculum.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Bhagat Tamang, Head of Operations, who shared practical insights on emergency preparedness and crisis management, with a focus on staying safe and prepared during emergencies and extreme weather conditions.

As part of the ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ค๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐„๐๐ข๐ง๐›๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐กโ€™๐ฌ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐, our participants took part in a Practice Adventurous Journey, putting essential expedition skills into action and preparing themselves for their Award Qualifying Journey.

From map reading and navigation to hiking, cooking, and campcraft, every activity challenged participants to work together, adapt to new situations, and keep moving forward.

More than just an outdoor adventure, the journey strengthened teamwork, resilience, problem-solving, self-reliance, and perseverance, skills that extend far beyond the trail.

Every step was practice. Every challenge was a lesson. Every team member became stronger.

The event provided an opportunity for students to showcase their learning, research, creativity, and understanding of Tokhaโ€™s rich history, culture, natural environment, and living heritage. Through interactive presentations, creative 3D displays, ecological charts, and student-led stalls, they shared their findings from field visits to Raithane Agro Product, Jhor Baudeshwor Waterfall, and Chandeswori Temple.

As part of our 40th Anniversary celebration, we were proud to host the ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ-๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ž ๐๐จ๐ฉ ๐ƒ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, organized by Phoenix Inspiration, bringing together talented students from 11 schools across the Kathmandu Valley.

The stage came alive with vibrant performances, creative choreography, and an impressive display of Chinese pop dance. Students from all participating schools demonstrated remarkable talent while embracing an opportunity to appreciate and share culture through the universal language of dance. Beyond the competition, the event served as a meaningful platform for cultural exchange and strengthening the friendship between Nepal and China.
