Ghorepani Poonhill Trekking

At 3200m (10,500ft), P**n Hill lies in the foothills of the Annapurnas in the Himilayas. Its wonderful hill to walk up for sunrise.

Located to the south-west of the Anapurna massif and across a large river valley, it commands spectacular views of all four Anapurnas, Machupuchre, Nilgiri South and Daulagiri. The walk from Ghorepani to the summit is short, but be prepared for the possibility that you may suffer from slight altitude sickness at this level, though the symptoms are not that impairing.
