Two fruitful days spent with social activists from different Civil Society Organizations—GNHA, ERDCN, ECCA, SFD, and EEC—while facilitating the follow-up Creating a Culture of Peace and Justice retreat.

Games, meaningful interactions, heartfelt discussions, and visits to the mountain areas filled us with joy, belonging, sharing, and caring for one another.

Our lead facilitator Ram Chandra Paudel and Sharada Sharma facilitated a fruitful and joyful two days follow up training with managers and leaders of Civil Society Organizations in Kerala, India. They were attended last year Nov 2024 5 days training workshops. The training was facilitated with peaceful and experience based approach. They appreciated facilitation process so much and at the end they created a local song and preformed it at the closing ceremony. The song is as follows: Is it not God’s grace that,
The two great souls from Nepal came to Ananthapuri,
Doctor Ram and his loveli wife,
They were like pearls,
We remember,
How many sessions they took for us before,
Affirmation and Leadership qualities,
And, several games to change ourselves,

There were a lot of opportunities to learn,
By seeing hearing understanding,
Heart touching discussions,
Great were the variety to kindle our imagination.

Honored to facilitate 5 days (11th -15th Dec, 2025) leadership and communication skill training to the representatives of civil society organizations in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala India. The training was activities based, games and sharing! Thank you our lead facilitator Ram Chandra and Sharada Sharma. Translation of the song: Ram sir and Sharada mum came from Nepal,
And we all assembled Mitraniketan premises five days,
Welcomed all with flowers, lighted the divine lamps,
We were given new affirmative names.
Patient Prathapan and Smart Shivan helped with translation,
Different way of teaching, practical way of learning.
We experienced qualities of a leader, necessity of motivation.
Through SWOT followed goal setting. To be followed in life
Enjoyed games and reflection is learning.

Our lead facilitator Ram Chandra Paudel facilitated a fruitful and joyful five days (6-10 Nov. 2024) training workshops with managers and leaders of Civil Society Organizations in Kerala, India. There were 26 participants many of them are PHD holders in different field. The training was facilitated with peaceful and experience based approach. Strengthening public education, Campaign:
3 days capacity building training for School Management Committee chairs and female members of Rupa Rural Municipality has been facilitated by our lead facilitator Ram Chandra Paudel in Begnas, Kaski, Nepal from 18-20 September, 2024. The training program is organized by GONESA –Nepal. Participants were so happy to play games and connected each other and pleased to know the role of them to find a practical way to make school more inclusive and justice!

3 days Capacity building training of Civil Society Organizations of Madesh Province, Janakpur of Nepal ( Sept 1-3, 2024) and Karnali Providence, Surkhet of Nepal (10-12 Sept, 2024) successfully facilitated by our lead facilitator Ram Chandra Paudel. The main aim of training is strengthening Public Education by capacity building of Civil Society Organizations. There were more than 60 participants in each of the province, which was organized by National Campaign for Education (NCE).
