Our Office Manager went to get her lunch today and someone in the JCM Office (not mentioning names!) had turned Sue's Avocado container into Mr Potato Head :)

JCM's plumbers are not only working hard out on sites but are also trailblazing when it comes to learning and using new technology. Today all staff received a training session on using a new App based system, learning how to upload timesheets, jobsheets, incidents & accident reporting, toolbox minutes (and much more!) from their cell phones directly into our CRM database which the JCM office staff can monitor and manage in real time. Lots of laughs and learning went on and well deserved pizzas ended a productive afternoon.

We are looking for someone who is strategic & commercial but also comfortable in a hands on role, able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in alongside our plumbing team. There will be ownership and accountability for the day to day running of large commercial projects, supporting our busy General Manager and being his very reliable right-hand person across our Contracts Division. John's daughter Clare who is now at the helm of JCM, started the foundation after visiting Nepal and witnessing firsthand the devastation caused by a massive 7.8 Earthquake. Over the last 2 years, Clare, HLF and the JC McCall team have worked closely with Rotary International on a project to provide 8000m of pipework to remote villages, giving people access to water tanks. This enables the local people to collect water, grow food, support their families and create jobs.
