Auckland Libraries Heritage Collections 1927-01

The Auckland Tramping Club was formed in the Rangitoto Island crater on 18th October 1925. The 100th Anniversary was celebrated on the island by 80 members of the club with walks to the summit, shared stories over cups of tea at the museum and a chance to view the heritage collection of photos of the club's members over the years.
