Waiheke volunteers deserve to be celebrated!
Community Networks Waiheke with support from the Waiheke Local Board, is hosting three FREE volunteer appreciation events this June.
We're keen to reach as many volunteers as possible. If your organisation works with volunteers, please get in touch and help us spread the word.
📅 15 June – Evening at Waiheke Resources Trust (5.30pm–7.30pm)
📅 20 June – Nibbles, drinks and bowls at Waiheke Bowling Club (2pm–5.30pm)
📅 27 June – Grab a cuppa at Waiheke Ostend Market

🌿 For nearly 30 years, Waiheke volunteer Chris Palmer has been helping transform former farmland into regenerating native forest at Delamore Reserve.
What started as a few hours of volunteering has grown into decades of conservation work, helping restore habitat for native wildlife and future generations to enjoy.
