⬇Syphilis is dropping among gay and bis*xual men!
Cases are the lowest since mid-2022.
🔢Latest national data shows syphilis cases among this group peaked at 125 in mid-2024, down to 53 by the end of 2025 — a 58% decline.
💊This lines up with DoxyPEP becoming more widely available to prevent syphilis and chlamydia.
Cases among gay and bi men are now getting close to the numbers we see in other groups.
♌It's a sign that testing, treatment, and prevention are working. But syphilis hasn't gone anywhere. Staying healthy keeps the trend going!
