🎉 Bron’s Retirement – A Celebration of 20 Amazing Years! 🎉

Last night we raised a glass to our wonderful Bron as she officially stepped into retirement! 🥂 After more than 20 years helping build Flow Transportation Specialists into what it is today, we’re beyond grateful for everything she’s poured into this journey – the wisdom, the laughter, and the honest conversations that always kept us grounded 😄

While we’re sad to see her step away from the day-to-day, we’re so excited for what’s ahead – more time for adventures, travel, family, and long lunches that don’t get interrupted by Teams calls 🚗✈️🍷

Bron – thank you for your incredible legacy. Flow simply wouldn’t be Flow without you. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter (and we fully expect postcards from all your trips!).

We are pleased to announce that David McGonigal has joined the Flow team as a Senior Associate based out of our Christchurch office. David is a transportation planner with a career history spanning 30 years in both the private and public sectors in the UK and New Zealand. He brings a wealth of expertise across a range of disciplines from transport strategy through project planning and development to implementation. Recently he has worked on several business cases for transport infrastructure projects and brings a practical knowledge to project development having led the contractor team for the North Canterbury Network Outcomes Contract. David is looking forward to assisting clients solve their transportation planning challenges throughout the south island.

At Flow, we pride ourselves on diversity, investment in staff, safety for all and servicing our client base with thought leadership and excellence. We are therefore thrilled to announce that the growth and investment in Canterbury are boosted by welcoming Shaun Hardcastle to the Flow family as our Regional Manager. Under Shaun’s leadership, we look forward to growing our team in Christchurch who will service South Island clients and support our Auckland office in delivering national projects. Welcome Shaun!

Flow welcomes Kelvin Chan as our new Graduate Transportation Engineer. Having graduated in engineering last year at the University of Auckland, Kelvin has a strong passion for transportation, having interned at Auckland Transport working on cycle projects. With Kelvin wanting “to learn and drive positive change to improve transportation in our country”, Flow is the right place for you. Welcome Kelvin!
