Māori Wardens of New Zealand

Māori Wardens farewelled their beloved colleague Owen Lloyd today at Omarumutu Marae. Owen was accorded full military honours. E koro, moe mai rā, e okioki.

Māori Wardens’ Training - Police College, Porirua - Day 1. Wardens came from all six regions to take part in a course co-designed with NZ Police.

Māori Wardens and NZ Police have signed a partnership agreement on how Police will support Māori Wardens’ work in the community. Aroha ki te tangata.
