Great weekend all round at Manly Brigade. 5 of our members took part in the Blood Cancer NZ Sky Tower Climb, raising $5,666 between them.
Including Captain SFF Russ White raising $2300 himself! ❤️💪👍

We also hosted a Pink Ribbon Breakfast raising just over $1,400 for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.

Well done to everyone that took part, organised and supported, and to our amazing community for supporting us in what we do.

Tomorrow a select few of Manly Volunteer Fire Brigade firefighters are taking part in the annual Firefighter Sky Towet Challenge raising funds for Blood Cancer NZ.

This involves the firefighters donning all their firefighting gear and climbing the Sky Towers 51 floors which is over 1100 steps!!

A truly amazing and gruelling task, but they are up to it!!

The raffle tickets will be able to be purchased at our Open Day and will cost $3 each or 2 for $5.

All proceeds will be going towards fundraising that our amazing SkyTower Stairclimb Firefighters are doing to help raise funds for Blood Cancer NZ.
