Day 30 of 30 — Turuki Metabolic Fasting Protocol 🌊 DONE.

Day 29 of 30 — Turuki Metabolic Fasting Protocol 🌊
One day to go. Started this morning at 6:41am with a fasted 10,000m row — 51m54s, 536 active calories, average heart rate 132bpm, pushing into Zone 4/5 in the back half. Toughest fasted session of Phase 8 so far.
Sole water, psyllium husk, about 2.5L of water and 3 black coffees through the day. Fasted right through, OMAD style, and broke the fast tonight with 8 eggs pan-cooked in water — leftovers from last week, zero extra spend today.
Oura flagged more daytime stress than usual and a longer sleep latency last night. 29 days in, the body is still working hard — this isn't coasting to the finish.
Estimated saving vs Wegovy over 29 days: ~$251.
Tomorrow is Day 30. The final numbers are coming. 👀

Day 28 of 30 — Turuki Metabolic Fasting Protocol 🌊
Into Phase 8 now — Recovery & Sustainability. This is the phase where it stops being a "protocol" and starts being normal life.
Sole water, psyllium husk, and about 1.5L of water first thing. A few coffees through the day. Ran OMAD and finished with a good-paced dog walk this afternoon.
Dinner was quality pork sausages with broccoli and mash potatoes — real food, simple, satisfying.
