Save the St. James Theatre Auckland

We bloody-well did it! - now head on over to @once_up_ a_rebuild to follow the project. This historic landmark needs to be restored to her former glory

For over 15 years now the St James on Queen St has sat empty and unused. Her owners just want to build a 29 story apartment/business building on the adjourning land where The Regent Theatre sat (as approved by the council in 2009). We need the Council and government to
step up and save this remarkable space and open up for every to use and enjoy again.
