وقّعت ُمران ووزارة التراث والسياحة اتفاقية تطوير مجمع سياحي متكامل لتطوير مشروع الواجهة البحرية لميناء السلطان قابوس، في خطوة تدعم المضي قدمًا في تطوير وجهة سياحية متكاملة تجمع بين الضيافة والترفيه وأنماط الحياة العصرية، وتفتح آفاقًا للاستثمارات النوعية والشراكات الاستراتيجية، بما يعزز مكانة مطرح كإحدى أبرز الوجهات السياحية والثقافية في سلطنة عُمان.

and the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism signed an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) an agreement for the development of Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Project, marking a key step forward in developing an integrated destination that brings together hospitality, leisure, and contemporary lifestyle experiences.

The agreement opens new opportunities for strategic partnerships and quality investments, while further strengthening Muttrah’s position as one of Oman’s leading tourism and cultural destinations.

‎مشروع الواجهة البحرية لميناء السلطان قابوس وجهة متكاملة تتشكل في قلب ولاية مطرح، على مساحة إجمالية تقارب مليون م²، منها أكثر من 400 ألف م² قابلة للتطوير، وسيتم تطويره على ثلاث مراحل. ويرتكز المشروع على إعادة توظيف الواجهة البحرية للميناء بما يحقق التكامل بين المقومات التاريخية والثقافية للمنطقة ومرافق الضيافة والترفيه وأنماط الحياة العصرية.

Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront is an integrated destination taking shape in the heart of Muttrah, spanning a total area of approximately 1 million sqm, with more than 400,000 sqm of developable land. The project will be developed across three phases.
At its core, the project seeks to repurpose the port’s waterfront by bringing together the area’s rich historical and cultural character with hospitality, leisure and contemporary lifestyle offerings.

‎يتكون المخطط العام لـمشروع الواجهة البحرية بميناء السلطان قابوس من أربع مناطق رئيسية: سوق الميناء للتسوق والترفيه والمنافذ التجارية، وبوابة الميناء التي تضم فندقًا ومساحات تجارية وعامة، ومنطقة الشطيفي التي تضم مساكن وفندقًا وممشى بحريًا ومساحات مفتوحة ومطاعم ومقاهي، إلى جانب تلال الشطيفي التي تحتضن منتجعًا جبليًا.
