Join us for our next cine-club screening at CFO with the film « La vallée des fous”, directed by Xavier Beauvois.

🍿 The film follows Jean-Paul, a struggling restaurateur, who decides to take on the challenge of the Vendée Globe… from his own garden, aboard a motionless sailboat. What starts as an unusual challenge gradually turns into a journey of solitude, resilience, and also highlights family bonds in the face of hardship.

On the program:
📚 Discovering the CFO media library
🎬 Screening of an animated short film followed by an interactive quiz
🕶️ A virtual reality journey through Paris
🎲 Board games celebrating the Francophone world with Francopoly

The visit then continued at the with a fascinating guided tour on the 200 years of photography 📸, followed by a fun activity related to the exhibition.

A wonderful moment of exchange, culture, and discovery for the students ! ✨

✨On Tuesday, April 28, students from Indian School Darsait were welcomed at the CFO for a day dedicated to cultural discovery and the Francophone world ! 🇫🇷

The students had the opportunity to explore the CFO media library, watch an animated short film followed by an interactive quiz, and attend a Campus France presentation to learn more about higher education opportunities in France 🎓📚

The visit then concluded at the Stal Gallery with a guided discovery of the exhibition celebrating 200 years of photography 📸, followed by an interactive activity based on the artworks displayed.

A wonderful experience of sharing and learning for all participants ✨

✨Le mardi 28 avril, les élèves de l’Indian School Darsait ont été accueillis au CFO pour une journée placée sous le signe de la découverte culturelle et de la francophonie ! 🇫🇷

Au fil de la visite, les élèves ont découvert la médiathèque du CFO, assisté à la projection d’un court-métrage d’animation suivie d’un quiz interactif, et participé à une présentation de Campus France afin d’en apprendre davantage sur les études supérieures en France 🎓📚

La journée s’est poursuivie avec des activités ludiques autour de la francophonie, avant de se terminer à la par une visite guidée de l’exposition consacrée aux 200 ans de la photographie 📸, suivie d’une activité interactive autour des œuvres exposées.

Yesterday, the CFO had the pleasure of hosting a creative embroidery workshop in collaboration with .artshop 🧵🪡

Participants personalized their own French-style bérets while discovering the art of embroidery in a warm and creative atmosphere 🥰🇫🇷

✨ Throwback – French Assembly 🇫🇷✨

On April 13, we had the honour to be invited to attend the French assembly at Indian School Al Ghubra International 🎉

To celebrate the French language, students presented a French assembly, with sketches, songs and dances, highlighting their creativity and enthusiasm for French 🎭

The ceremony also included presentations on DELF and Campus France, informing students about French language certifications and study opportunities in France 🎓

🙏🏻 Thank you to all the students, teachers, and participants for their engagement and energy.

✨ Throwback - Assemblée de français 🇫🇷✨

Le 13 avril, nous avons eu l’honneur d’être inviter à célébrer l’assemblée de français à l’Indian School Al Ghubra International 🎉

Pour célébrer la langue française, les élèves ont présenté une assemblée en français, à travers sketches, chants et danses, mettant en lumière leur créativité ainsi que leur enthousiasme pour la langue française 🎭
La cérémonie a également été l’occasion de présenter le DELF ainsi que Campus France, afin d’informer les étudiants sur les certifications et les opportunités d’études en France 🎓
