On World Children’s Day, we recall the children who have grown up amidst conflict in Yemen. Their generation will rebuild the country. They deserve the joys of childhood. We call for the protection of safe learning environments and an end to grave violations against children.

Today, we celebrated 10 years of the Embassy of Switzerland in Oman 🎉 Honored to mark this milestone with the Embassy team, joined by special guests from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and Gulf Sustain. Here’s to a decade of friendship and collaboration! 🇨🇭🤝🇴🇲

On the occasion of Omani Women’s Day, the Swiss Embassy was honored to welcome two remarkable young Omanis as “Ambassadors for a Day”. This initiative, in collaboration with and other missions led by women diplomats in Muscat, gathered 20 participants to highlight embassies’ engagement in Oman.
Both ladies explored Switzerland’s initiatives and participated in a Youth Assembly on SDGs and project proposals in line with Oman’s Vision 2040. This was followed by a speed mentoring session with all women diplomats. We were delighted to host them and thankful to for overseeing that special day.
