Embassy of India in Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua India has had an embassy in Panama since 1973.

The Indian-Panamanian connection is the oldest in the Central American region, dating back to the middle of the 19th century. The Indian Embassy in Panama City is the diplomatic mission of the Republic of India to Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Panama was the first Central American country where India opened a resident Embassy.
