Our Deluxe Rooms combine comfort, local craftsmanship, and thoughtful details that make a stay at Willka T’ika feel like home. Each room features original artwork and handcrafted ceramics, with views of our gardens or the Andes.

Fresh-cut flowers from our gardens welcome you on arrival, and a hot-water bottle tucked beneath your blankets awaits you at night.

Each room is also named after an Andean medicinal plant that grows at its doorstep. 🌸

🌿 After visiting Willka T’ika in 2022, yoga teacher Jessica Tanir returned to host her own retreat with a group of her students.

Jessica shares what brought her back: the seven Chakra Gardens, the chance to deeply explore the grounds, and the fresh, organic vegetarian meals prepared with produce grown right on the property.

We’re grateful to welcome yoga leaders like Jessica who return to share the Willka T’ika experience with their own communities.

And we look forward to welcoming her back next July! 💚

🎶 Andean music is known around the world for the distinctive sounds of its flutes and panpipes.

At Willka T’ika, our guests can enjoy live Andean music and traditional dance performed by Mario and his local band from Taray, who have been sharing the music and traditions of the Sacred Valley with our group retreats for many years.

It’s a chance to listen, dance, and appreciate the music that has been part of Andean life for generations. 💚

🎨 A visit to Pablo Seminario’s ceramics workshop is one of the experiences our guests can enjoy during their retreat at Willka T’ika.

Located in nearby Urubamba, Cerámicas Seminario offers a look at how these ceramic pieces take shape, from the firing process to the detailed hand-painted designs.

Here we chat with K**i, Pablo’s older son to learn about the Seminarios’ longstanding friendship with Willka T’ika.

We’re glad to include visits like this in our retreats, giving guests a chance to meet local artists and learn more about the creativity and traditions of the Sacred Valley. 🌿

☕️ Looking for a little something to take home from the Sacred Valley?

Visit Roxana’s tienda at WiFi Wasi, where you’ll find alpaca clothing, textiles, jewelry, and ceramics made by local artisans. You can also stop by and enjoy the views from our organic coffee bar. 🌿

There’s another reason to shop here: a percentage of every purchase goes to the Willka T’ika Children’s Fund, which supports four remote, mountain Quechua communities in the Sacred Valley and Q’eros.

Come by, enjoy a coffee, discover the work of local artisans, and support a good cause along the way. 💚

🌿 A cup of tea is always waiting for you at Willka T’ika.

Our tea station features medicinal plants and herbs from our own garden, prepared for guests to enjoy throughout their stay in the Sacred Valley.

You’ll find muña, traditionally enjoyed at altitude; chamomile for a relaxing cup in the evening; mint and hierbabuena after a meal; rosemary to prepare with lemon and honey; and coca leaves, which we recommend drinking in the morning.

Each herb has its own place in local tradition, and our team is happy to help you choose one to enjoy. ☕️💚

🌿 The gardens at Willka T’ika are at the heart of our guests’ experience.

Throughout the gardens, guests find places to reflect, meditate, or walk among flowers bursting with color. Each of the 7 Chakra Gardens offers its own color, symbol, mantra, element, and theme. Ask for a map or our “Chakra Garden Journal” to explore each one — Pachamama (Earth), Yaku (Water), Inti (Sun), Taki (Sound), Espiral (Third Eye), and Lúcuma (Crown).

We love seeing guests make these spaces their own during their stay in the Sacred Valley. 💚

In honor of Carol’s birthday yesterday, here is a look at the work sponsored by the Willka T’ika Children’s Fund. 🌱

From supporting education in 4 mountain Quechua communities to projects that help children access more resources and better nutrition, there is a lot happening beyond our gardens in the Sacred Valley.

We’ll be sharing more in an upcoming YouTube video, featuring the people, projects, and community partnerships behind this work. 💚

Stay tuned!
