MBPLDC is the body oversight to the administration of customary land disputes in the Province. PLDC MOU roll-out Monitoring and Evaluation approaches then MOA.

The purpose of the page is to maintain dialogue between committee members, key stakeholders and for the dissemination of information. MS PET provides the Technical Support Post,PLDC MOU ex*****on phase into implementation stages and assistance to complete the MOU outcomes in preparation of the MOA stage. The National Land Development Program (NLDP) 2 (2020 - 2024) and the LJS White Paper sets the pace to revitalizing the PLDC and enlivening the Land Dispute Settlement Act 1975.
