The Investment Promotion Authority through the Office of the Registrar of Companies plans to launch the new Associations Registry on the 1st of July 2026 in compliance with the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 2023.
Therefore, all stakeholders are advised that all associations' online filings will be restricted from the 26th to 30th of June, 2026.
This is to allow for all pending applications in the current registry to be cleared in preparation for the deployment of the new one which will effectively trigger Associations re-registration compliance program to be rolled out as of July 1st.
We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences this may cause and request your cooperation in this regard.

IPA EASTER WEEKEND OFFICE CLOSURE

The Investment Promotion Authority of Papua New Guinea wishes to advise its valued clients, stakeholders and the general public that its Regional Offices and Headquarters in Port Moresby will be closed for business on Friday 3rd April 2026 and Monday 6th April 2026.
These are Government declared public holidays to observe the Easter season.
We will reopen for normal business on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
