OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF MOURNING AND CONDOLENCE
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Ramos, Aglipay, Quirino, with profound sorrow, formally joins the Provincial Government of Quirino and the people of the Province in mourning the passing of Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua.
The BLGU Ramos records its deepest condolences to the bereaved family and extends its sincere sympathy to his relatives, colleagues, friends, and to all Quirinians who share in this period of national and provincial mourning.
Governor Cua's passing marks the loss of a long-serving public official whose career spanned more than 25 years of public service. Throughout his years in government, he devoted himself to the administration of public affairs and to the delivery of programs, assistance, and services intended for the welfare and development of the people of Quirino.
The BLGU Ramos likewise formally recognizes and acknowledges his valuable support and assistance to Barangay Ramos. The services extended to our community and his efforts to bring government assistance closer to our constituents shall remain part of our barangay's institutional memory and shall be remembered with sincere appreciation.
As an official expression of mourning, respect, and tribute, the Philippine flag at the Barangay Ramos Government Center shall remain at half-mast for three (3) days in solemn observance of his passing.
The BLGU Ramos honors the memory of Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua and acknowledges his longstanding contribution to public service and to the people of Quirino. His years of service constitute a legacy that will continue to be remembered by the communities and constituents he served.
At this solemn time, the BLGU Ramos stands in respectful solidarity with the bereaved family and the entire Province of Quirino.
May the Almighty grant eternal rest to his soul, and may He grant his family and loved ones strength, comfort, and peace as they endure this profound loss.
