Pinangunahan ito ng ating masipag at mapagmalasakit na Punong-g**o, Sir Joy C. Muñoz*, na nagbigay ng mahahalagang kaalaman at hakbang sa paghahanda, pag-iwas, at pagtugon sa anumang banta sa kaligtasan sa loob ng paaralan.
