Aguinaldo Farmers joins the Region in the Regional Farmers Congress held in 456 Hotel, Baguio City.

𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

In response to the needs of farmers impacted by STS KRISTINE, the Department of Agriculture is providing the following various forms of assistance for distribution:
1. PhP 80.21 M worth of agricultural inputs (rice, corn, and vegetable seeds, drugs and biologics for livestocks) from DA Regional Field Offices CAR, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII;
2. Up to PhP 25,000 loanable amount from the Survival and Recovery (SURE) Loan Program of the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), payable in three years at zero interest; and
3. Indemnification of insured affected farmers through the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC).

Two Farmers Organization in Aguinaldo Ifugao Receives Machineries Grants from DA Regional Field Office CAR Worth P 5,090,000.00

The Mapaco-paco Farmers And Fisherfolks Association received One unit Combined Harvester worth 2,095,000 and Nepojnoc Farmers Association receives one unit Four Wheeled Tractor worth 2,995,000 during the turn-over ceremony held on September 18, 2024 at the Alfonso Lista Municipal Hall by DA Regional Field Office CAR and APCO Ifugao.

This part of the mechanization Program of the Department of Agriculture under the Corn Banner Program.

The Municipal Agriculture Office - Aguinaldo Ifugao through the leadership of Hon. Gaspar B. Chilagan Jr. and the Municipal Agriculturist Mr. Robert P. Changwayan were glad and extend their gratitude in serving the people of Aguinaldo through this program meanwhile the farmer beneficiaries where grateful with these support programs they received.
