On the second day of Rice Distribution, 2,480 sacks of rice were successfully distributed to the residents of Brgy. Dado and Lower Dado in response to the effect of oil crisis.
Under the funds of LGU Alamada and the initiative of Mayor Jesus โSusingโ N. Sacdalan partners City Council Members, the local government continues to deliver immediate assistance to support families in need during times of crisis.

Amidst challenges, the welfare of every Alamadian remains a priority of the Local Government. Under the funds of LGU Alamada, thru the initiative of Mayor Jesus โSusingโ N. Sacdalan and the Honorable Members of the Municipal Council successfully completed the distribution of 25 kilos of rice per family from the barangays of Kitacubong, Mirasol, Pacao, and Polayagan on the first day.
In response to the impact of the oil crisis, a total of 2,108.5 sacks of rice were distributed to help families affected by the current crisis. This program is a proof of the unity and concern of the local government in meeting the needs of the people.
Alamada Municipal Government continues to implement programs that provide immediate aid and support to citizens, especially during economic challenges.

โThe 2-Day Lawa at Binhi: Cash for Work Training held on May 28โ29, 2026 at the Municipal Covered Court, Alamada, Cotabato was successfully conducted through the collaborative efforts of DSWD XII, Provincial Government of Cotabato, Municipal Government of Alamada, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, and BFAR.

โThe activity equipped participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills on environmental conservation, sustainable livelihood, and community-based initiatives. Through discussions and hands-on learning sessions, beneficiaries gained a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting natural resources while creating opportunities for income generation and community development.

The Tara Basa Tutoring Program monitoring was successfully conducted by the staff of the DSWD Field Office XII, with the assistance of Maโam Zkyna Cervantes,MSWDO staff.
The monitoring activity covered several elementary schools, including Lower Dado Elementary School, Barangiran Elementary School, Pigcawaran Elementary School, Upper Dado Central Elementary School, Mimbalawag Elementary School, and Rebi Elementary School.
This initiative aims to ensure the effective implementation of the Tara Basa Program, strengthen literacy support for learners, and continuously improve the delivery of educational assistance in the community.
Through collaborative efforts of partner agencies and field workers, the program continues to bring accessible learning support to children in need.

Yesterday, the Commission on Human Rights โ Regional Office XII, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Alamada through the MSWDO, successfully conducted a one-day Free Legal Clinic and Consultation at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Alamada, Cotabato.
A total of 28 clients successfully availed the free legal consultation services regarding family concerns, VAWC cases, child protection issues, human rights concerns, labor matters, land and property disputes, barangay conflicts, and other legal concerns requiring proper guidance and assistance.
The activity was facilitated by distinguished lawyers from CHR XII, namely Atty. Reuben P. Escarlan, Attorney IV and Atty. Benedict L. Madanguit, Attorney V, who generously shared their legal expertise and provided legal guidance through face-to-face consultations.
This initiative highlights the continuous commitment of LGU Alamada and CHR XII in promoting human rights, access to justice, and bringing government services closer to the people.

The Municipality of Alamada successfully conducted the Capacity Development on RA 11596 through the partnership of the Commission on Human Rights Region XII (CHR XII) and the Local Government Unit of Alamada through the MSWDO Office with a total of 155 participants composed of Muslim Leaders, LCPC & LCAT-VAWC Members, and Punong Barangays. The activity aimed to strengthen awareness and collaboration in promoting and protecting the rights and welfare of children held at the 3rd floor, Settlers Hall, Municipal Building, Alamada, Cotabato.
