The Local Government Unit of Alamada came together for a spectacular Employees’ Night, honoring our 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, in close coordination with the Alamada Municipal Employees Association (ALAMEA).

The evening was filled with meaningful moments: we witnessed the Oath of Office of our newly hired and promoted employees, recognized long-standing dedication through Loyalty Service Awards with smart watches, and presented Certificates of Appreciation to our hardworking HR Liaisons. We also awarded winners of the Healthy Workplace Video Contest and were thoroughly entertained by wonderful cluster performances showcasing talents from all our offices.
Beyond the programs and awards, what truly shone was our strengthened bond and camaraderie. Outside our official duties, everyone stood as equals, sharing heartfelt laughter and drawing closer as one LGU family. ✨
