🏛️𝚂𝙺 𝚁𝚎𝚐𝚞𝚕𝚊𝚛 𝚂𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 | 𝙹𝚊𝚗𝚞𝚊𝚛𝚢 12, 2026

As the New Year begins, the Sangguniang Kabataan sets the tone for purposeful and principled leadership. Despite the distance, the SK Council came together through an online regular session, proving that dedication to youth service continues.

The session focused on the discussion and strengthening of the House Rules and Internal Rules and Procedures, marking a renewed commitment to order, accountability, and effective governance for 2026. It also concluded with committee reports, highlighting accomplishments from the past year and celebrating the success of SK-led activities and programs, most notably the recent December League, which showcased unity, sportsmanship, and youth engagement.

Furthermore, the session served as a productive venue for open discussions and planning, paving the way for more organized, impactful, and successful activities and programs in the months ahead.

Present during the session were SK Chairman Kristian Fortunado Monio — the Presiding Officer, and SK Members Les El , Dexter Española, Harold Cino , Kent Andy Lagasan and Joseph Sealmoy Sungcog , with Joseph S. Sungcog also serving as the Acting SK Secretary.
