The second day of the Alaminos City Library Kids Summer Arts Program introduced a new and exciting activity for the participants aged 11โ15 years oldโFuzzy Wire Flower Art Making. This hands-on session allowed the kids to explore their creativity by shaping colorful fuzzy wires into beautiful floral designs, encouraging both artistic expression and patience in crafting detailed pieces.
The activity provided a fun and engaging environment where the participants could experiment with colors, textures, and designs while developing their fine motor skills and artistic confidence. More than just an art session, it became a space for learning, creativity, and enjoyment shared among the youth.
Leading and guiding the participants was Miss Efrelyn Celino, who served as the trainer for the session. She was joined by Sir Jonard Cadlaoan, Miss Roshelle Relano, and Glory Mae Carambas, whose support and encouragement helped make the activity more meaningful and enjoyable for everyone involved.

The Kids Summer Arts Program is an annual initiative of the Alaminos City Library, created to give children a fun, creative, and meaningful experience during their summer break. This year, the program featured Drawing and Pastel Coloring and Blending for Batch 1, catering to young participants aged 7โ10 years old.
Through this activity, the children were introduced to basic drawing techniques and the art of blending pastel colors, allowing them to freely express their imagination while developing their artistic skills. More than just learning techniques, the program created a joyful and encouraging environment where kids could build confidence, explore their creativity, and enjoy the beauty of art.
Guiding our young artists were our dedicated guest artists and trainers: Sir James Ison, Executive Assistant on Culture and the Arts of LGU Alaminos, together with Sir Danilo Caracas and Sir Darwin Lagao. Their passion, expertise, and hands-on guidance inspired the participants to discover their talents and appreciate the value of art at an early age.
