In compliance with RA 11032 or other known as the Ease of Doing Business-Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the Local Government Unit of Alangalang represented by Hon. Lovell Anne M. Yu-Castro agreed with the BFP pertaining to the assessment and collection of the Fire Code Fees as part of the implementation e-BOSS (Electronic Business One Stop Shop). Thus, fire code fees are already included in the assessment and compliance with the one-time assessment and payment policy.

Business Permit and Licensing Office of Alangalang is now accepting applications for new and renewal of business permits. ‼ FACTS ‼

As part of its efforts to streamline regulatory processes in the country, the DICT takes the lead in the computerizing the business permits and licensing system by coming up with the cloud-based eBPLS software.

The eBPLS was introduced by the Department of Information and Communications Technology to the LGUs and key stakeholders during the Summit 2017, which held at Novotel Manila Araneta Center last 18 July 2017.

eBPLS enables LGUs to process application for new and renewal of business permits electronically.

This ensures compliance to the revised service standards of the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series 2016, signed together with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
