The Local Government Unit of Alangalang, Leyte
is looking for beneficiaries of Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) for C.Y. 2024:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a bonafide resident of Alangalang, Leyte
• Must be 15-30 years old
• Must be a college student/incoming college student
• Has obtained a passing General Weighted Average during the last semester or school year attended.
• Out-of-School Youth (OSY) applicants are allowed, provided that they will enroll immediately in the succeeding semester/school year once hired.
• Parents’ combined annual net income tax does not exceed Php 26, 848.00

For interested applicants, there will be a PEN AND PAPER EXAMINATION at the Human Resource Management Office starting May 20, 2024 – May 23, 2024. Results will be posted on May 24, 2024.

| CONDUCT OF THE KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN (KK) YOUTH PROFILING |

In compliance with the directives of the Republic Act 10742 or the SK Reform Act of 2015, SK officials of the Barangay Cambahanon conducted last December 10-27, 2023 the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Youth Profiling through a house to house visit for every youth in our barangay who is fifteen (15) but not older than thirty (30).

The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) profiling aims to gather essential information about the youth, enabling better understanding of their needs, concerns, and aspirations. This data can be utilized for targeted programs, policies, and initiatives that address the specific challenges faced by the youth, fostering their holistic development and active participation in community building. The data collected through the KK profiling will be treated with utmost confidentiality in accordance with the data privacy act and utilized exclusively for the National Youth Commission.
