Albuera, Leyte – May 13, 2026 – Personnel of Albuera Fire Station, under the supervision of SFO3 Romulo G Mascariñas, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted fuel price monitoring activities at various gasoline stations within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The activity was conducted to ensure adherence to existing fire safety standards and regulations while monitoring current fuel prices to promote public awareness and consumer protection.

Basic Incident Command System (BICS) Training

Albuera, Leyte - May 8, 2026 - Albuera Fire Station, under the leadership of SFO3 Romulo G Mascariñas, OIC Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the Basic Incident Command System (BICS) Training together with various response agencies and local stakeholders. The training focused on improving teamwork, communication, and proper coordination during emergency incidents and disaster response operations.

Through this activity, participants gained additional knowledge and practical understanding of the Incident Command System to ensure a more organized, efficient, and effective response in times of emergencies and calamities.

🚨 PUBLIC ADVISORY 🚒

Albuera Fire Station, under the leadership of SFO3 Romulo G. Mascariñas, OIC Municipal Fire Marshal, would like to inform the public that our Fuso Canter Fire Truck is currently under repair at the Albuera LGU Motor Pool due to the replacement of the Hydrovac and brake pads.

⚠️ This temporary situation is necessary to ensure the safety of our personnel and to maintain reliable fire service operations.

🔥 We kindly urge everyone to exercise extra caution at all times, especially in preventing fire incidents, as our response capability may be limited while the unit is undergoing repair.
