Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Boljoon, Aloguinsan), (Sagbayan, Catigbian, Balilihan, Sevilla, Bilar, Batuan, Carmen, Danao, SanMiguel, Dagohoy, Trinidad, Dimiao, Lila, Sikatuna, Loay, Loboc, SanIsidro, Clarin and Tubigon) within the next 1 to 2 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Argao, Sibonga, Dalaguete, ), (Jagna, Duero, GarciaHernandez, Valencia, SierraBullones and Pilar) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

Typhoon has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), according to Pagasa’s 5 p.m. bulletin on Sunday.

Pagasa said is unlikely to directly affect the country throughout the forecast period and is expected to weaken beginning Monday, Sept. 28.

El Niño is firmly established and it's about to get stronger.

World Meteorological Organization forecasts show a near-100% likelihood it will persist through February 2027, intensifying into a very strong event as ocean temperatures across the tropical Pacific keep climbing.

"El Niño is being supersized before our eyes. The science leaves no room for doubt: the planet is in uncharted waters, and those waters are heating up," says United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

A very strong El Niño doesn't mean the same impact everywhere, but it raises the risk of floods, drought, and extreme heat worldwide.
