Ang ating bayan ay nakakaranas ng malakas na hangin, pinapaalalahanan po ang ating mga motorista na magdagdag ingat sa panganib na maaaring magresulta ng aksidente sa ating paglalakbay.
Ang paglakas ng hangin ay bunga ng Northeast Monsoon o amihan sa hilagang bahagi ng bansa at kasabay nito ang shear line na sumasalubong sa southern portion ng luzon dahilan kung bakit malakas ang hanggin.
