Theme: "Rise Above the Influence : The Youth's Commitment to a Drug-Free Nation"

This digital artwork symbolizes the journey of youth overcoming the harmful effects of drugs through guidance, discipline, and unity. The central figure, nurtured by helping hands, represents growth, hope, and renewal. Surrounding peers, family, and mentors embody support, education, and love—essential foundations for a drug-free life.
