The Barangay Council of Antonino continues the installation of solar street lights in low visibility areas of the barangay to improve safety and visibility for our residents.

The installation was led by Kgwd. Samuel Castro and Kgwd. Elbert Garcia, under the directive of Punong Barangay Walter D. Yumul Jr., as part of the barangay’s ongoing efforts to illuminate streets and pathways.

Tuloy-tuloy ang pagbibigay ng liwanag sa bawat sulok na madilim ng Brgy. Antonino! Working together for a brighter and safer community for everyone.

🦟 ANTI-MOSQUITO SPRAYING | PUROK VILLANUEVA 🦟

Protecting our families starts with prevention. The Anti-Mosquito Spraying at Purok Villanueva was carried out through the initiative of District Kagawad Princess Mara M. Zipagan, in partnership with Purok President Alice Garcia and BNS Jovelyn Gazzingan, together with residents who willingly volunteered to help safeguard the community.

Under the supervision of Brgy. Captain Walter Yumul Jr., spraying was conducted in canals and other areas identified as potential mosquito breeding sites. Granular solutions were also applied to stagnant water to prevent mosquito larvae from developing.

This ongoing fight against dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases reminds us that true protection comes from shared responsibility. A clean environment and an active community make all the difference.

Keeping our community safe starts with working together. The Anti-Mosquito Spraying at Purok Saranay was made possible through the initiative of District Kagawad Carmelita Estilong and Purok President Novelyn Eugenio, with the help of our dedicated residents who volunteered their time and effort for the safety of the Purok Saranay.

Under the supervision of Brgy. Captain Walter Yumul Jr., The activity primarily targeted canals and other areas identified as potential mosquito breeding grounds helping protect families from dengue and other mosquito-borne illnesses.

This effort reminds us that a healthy community begins with clean surroundings and active cooperation.

🌱 CLEAN UP DRIVE | PUROK MUNSAYAC VILLAGE 🌱

Bayanihan in action for a cleaner and safer barangay!

The Clean-Up Drive at PUROK MUNSAYAC VILLAGE was made possible through the initiative of District Kagawad Elbert Garcia II and Purok President Emily Bernardo, together with BHW Fidel Castaneda and our Brgy tanod, who all shared the same goal of keeping the community clean and safe.

With the active participation of the purok residents and under the supervision of Brgy. Captain Walter D. Yumul Jr.,

The activity focused on clearing the roads, cutting tall grasses along the Antonino - Linglingay Road, and cleaning the surroundings of the ANTONINO NEW COMMUNITY and the DAYCARE CENTER making the area safer, cleaner, and more pleasant for everyone, especially the children and daily commuters.

🌱♻️ Barangay Antonino joins the celebration of National Zero Waste Month 2026! ♻️🌱

In support of National Zero Waste Month, Barangay Antonino actively participated in the clean-up and waste segregation activities spearheaded by the Municipality of Alicia through MENRO. This initiative promotes proper waste management, environmental awareness, and collective responsibility for a cleaner and greener community.

The activity was made successful through the active participation of our Barangay Officials, headed by Barangay Captain Walter D. Yumul Jr., together with the Barangay Officials, 4Ps beneficiaries, SK Officials, Purok Officials and community volunteers of Barangay Antonino united in action for environmental protection.
