Modified ALS Enrollment Form (S.Y. 2025-2026) Instructions: Fill in all the information required in CAPITAL letters and check the appropraite boxes. Submit personally or send a photocopy of your Birth Certtificate and Marriage Certificate (Local/NSO/PSA) to the ALS Teacher.

Ngiting TAGUMPAY!!!

Siya si Nanay Angelina, tumigil sa pag-aaral dahil sa hirap ng buhay. Malayo ang paaralan noon sa kanilang barangay at kailangan niyang tulungan ang pamilya para matustusan ang kanilang mga pangangailangan. Nagtatrabaho siya sa bukid sa murang edad hanggang sa siya ay nakabuo na ng sarili niyang pamilya.

Ang kagustuhan niyang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral ay natupad sa pamamagitan ng Alternative Learning System program. Nagtapos siyang nagkamit ng Outstanding Award bunga ng kanyang mga nagawa na portfolio outputs, revalida at attendance (overall performance).

Tandaan, wala sa EDAD, KASARIAN, at ESTADO sa buhay ang pag-abot sa pangarap na makapagtapos sa pag-aaral. Tangin dedikasyon at kagustuhan mong makapagtapos ang tutulong sa iyo upang makamit ang certificate/diploma na iyong ina-asam-asam.
