Alinsunod sa Section 30 ng Republic Act No. 12001, ipinagkakaloob ngayon ang Tax Amnesty para sa mga hindi pa nababayarang Real Property Tax bago ang Hulyo 5, 2024.

Sa ilalim ng amnesty na ito, tatanggalin ang mga multa, surcharge, at interes. Ibig sabihin, mas magaan na ang pagbabayad para sa mga may atraso sa buwis sa lupa o ari-arian.

Ngunit hindi kasama sa amnesty ang mga sumusunod:

a) Mga ari-ariang naibenta na sa public auction dahil sa hindi pagbabayad ng buwis
b) Mga ari-ariang may kasunduang compromise agreement para sa pagbabayad ng buwis
c) Mga ari-ariang may kasalukuyang kaso sa korte kaugnay ng hindi pagbabayad ng buwis

Panahon ng Pag-avail: Hanggang Hulyo 5, 2026

Hulwag palampasin ang pagkakataong ito! Samantalahin ang tax amnesty at ayusin na ang inyong mga hindi pa nababayarang real property tax habang may pagkakataon pa.

In accordance with Section 30 of Republic Act No. 12001, a Real Property Tax Amnesty is now being granted for all unpaid real property taxes incurred before July 5, 2024.

This amnesty covers penalties, surcharges, and interest, giving delinquent taxpayers a chance to settle their obligations more affordably.

However, the following are NOT covered:

a) Properties already sold at public auction due to tax delinquency
b) Properties under a compromise agreement for tax payment
c) Properties with pending court cases related to tax delinquencies

Availment Period: Until July 5, 2026

Ang hakbang na ito ay isinagawa upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng ating mga kawani at mamamayan sa gitna ng inaasahang abala sa suplay ng kuryente.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Executive Secretary Ralph Recto has issued Memorandum Circular No. 116, declaring a half-day work-from-home arrangement for all government offices on April 1, 2026.

For April 1, government offices shall be on a work-from-home setup from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon. Work from 12 noon onwards is hereby suspended.

Meanwhile, the adoption of work from home and suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective employers.

Narito ang updated na work schedule ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Alitagtag mula Marso 30 hanggang Mayo 1, 2026.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng Alitagtaguenos na gabayan ang kanilang pagpunta sa mga tanggapan alinsunod sa nakasaad na iskedyul, kabilang ang mga araw ng non-working holiday at work suspension.

Para sa tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, mananatili sa regular na oras ang MDRRMO, RHU, TMG personnel, at MENRO Field personnel, maliban kung may ibang ipalalabas na abiso.

Ipinapaalam ko po na alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 na inilabas ng Office of the President, ipatutupad ang temporaryong 𝟒-𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan, kabilang ang mga Local Government Units (LGUs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), at iba pang ahensya ng gobyerno.

Kaugnay nito, ang oras ng operasyon ng ating mga tanggapan sa lokal na pamahalaan ay magiging 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng gabi, mula Lunes hanggang Huwebes.

Gayunman, hindi po saklaw ng nasabing kautusan ang mga opisina at kawani na nagbibigay ng essential at vital services upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng mahahalagang serbisyo sa ating mamamayan.

Ang implementasyon nito ay magsisimula sa Marso 9, 2026 at mananatiling epektibo hanggang sa ito ay bawiin o amyendahan ng ating Pangulo. Ang hakbang na ito ay bahagi ng mga pansamantalang tugon ng pamahalaan sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng petrolyo.

Sa umagang ito, Pebrero 23, 2026, isinagawa natin ang Flag Raising Ceremony sa pangunguna ng Municipal Treasurer’s Office. Ang gawaing ito ay sumasalamin sa ating pagkakaisa at patuloy na paninindigan na maglingkod nang may integridad, disiplina, at malasakit sa bawat Alitagtagueño.

Ang lingguhang seremonyang ito ay nagpapaalala sa atin ng ating tungkulin bilang mga lingkod-bayan na magsagawa ng tapat at mahusay na serbisyo para sa ikabubuti ng ating komunidad.
