Marcos turns over learning spaces in Cebu
To ensure the continued education of learners even during disasters, President Marcos and Education Secretary Sonny Angara yesterday turned over the learning continuity space or LCS facilities in Bogo City in Cebu, which was hit by a 6.9-magnitude earthquake last year.
