Dear Baranggay Officials,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is [ **n** **a**e **r**le ***a**i** ], a resident of Barangay Lanao, Philippines. I am writing to express my concern about an ongoing issue in our community that has been causing discomfort and inconvenience to many of us.

For the past few weeks, we have been experiencing an unpleasant odor emanating from the spray of mangga trees in our barangay. This spray not only has a pungent smell that is difficult to bear but is also being sprayed during nighttime, which is causing disturbance in our sleep and daily routines. We understand that the spraying of mangga trees might be necessary for their health and growth. However, we kindly request that you look into this matter and find a solution that can balance the needs of the trees and the comfort of the residents. Perhaps the spray could be replaced with a less odorous one or the spraying could be done at a time when it would cause the least disturbance to the residents.
We trust that you will take our concerns seriously and will take appropriate action to resolve this issue. We look forward to a swift resolution that will restore the peace and comfort of our homes.
