SAGIP SAKA: PAGTUTULUNGAN NG PAMAHALAAN, MAGSASAKA, AT PAMAYANAN TUNGO SA MAUNLAD NA AGRI-ECO TOURISM NG AMADEO

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng mga Magsasaka, magsasagawa ng Tree Planting Activity at Panel Discussion bilang Culminating Activity ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Amadeo. Kaugnay nito, inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa at makilahok sa gaganaping programa sa darating na Mayo 29, 2026.

Magsisimula ang Tree Planting Activity ng alas-6:00 ng umaga sa Municipal Agriculture Office, na susundan ng Panel Discussion sa Municipal Covered Court. Tatalakayin dito ang pagtutulungan ng lokal na pamahalaan, mga magsasaka, at komunidad para sa pagpapaunlad ng Agri-Eco Tourism sa Amadeo.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang kamalayan sa pangangalaga ng kalikasan, pag-unlad ng agrikultura, at mas luntiang kinabukasan para sa susunod na henerasyon ng mga Amadean.

BEEyond the Hive: INTRODUCTION TO BEEKEEPING IN AMADEO

The Municipal Government of Amadeo, through the Municipal Agriculture Office, invites aspiring beekeepers, farmers, and interested residents to join “BEEyond the Hive: Introduction to Beekeeping in Amadeo (Batch 32)” on May 21, 2026, at 7:30 AM at the Municipal Agriculture Office.

This learning activity aims to promote sustainable agriculture and introduce participants to the basics of beekeeping, including hive management, honey production, and the important role of bees in environmental conservation and food security. The program also seeks to provide additional livelihood opportunities for the community through modern and innovative agricultural practices.

Please be informed that for this training there are already pre-listed and coordinated participants through the Municipal Agriculture Office.

TULONG PINANSYAL PARA SA SEKTOR NG TRANSPORTASYON

Naipamahagi ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Amadeo, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Jojo Domingo, ang cash assistance sa 641 public transport workers kabilang ang mga tricycle at jeepney drivers na bumibiyahe sa bayan bilang bahagi ng tulong sa gitna ng epekto ng energy crisis.

Bilang dagdag na suporta sa sektor ng transportasyon, inanunsyo rin ni Mayor Jojo Domingo ang isa sa mga isinusulong niyang programa pagsapit ng taong 2027, ang libreng renewal franchise fees para sa lahat ng Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) sa Amadeo.

Patuloy ang lokal na pamahalaan sa pagpapatupad ng mga programang may malasakit at serbisyong tunay na makatutulong sa ating mga manggagawang driver at sa sektor ng transportasyon.

KA AGRITALK

The Municipal Government of Amadeo, through the Municipal Agriculture Office, successfully conducted the “KApihan at AGRIkulturang TALAkayan” (KA AGRITALK) on May 6, 2026, at MAO Banaybanay, Amadeo, Cavite.

The activity gathered farmers, livestock raisers, youth, and residents for meaningful discussions on agriculture, health, nutrition, and livelihood opportunities, fostering stronger community engagement and knowledge sharing.

Led by Mayor Jose “Jojo” R. Domingo Jr., in partnership with Hon. BM Jasmine Maligaya Bautista, the initiative aimed to provide participants with valuable programs and information that support sustainable farming, food security, and community welfare. It also strengthened the collaboration between the local government and the agricultural sector in promoting inclusive rural development.

Through initiatives like KA AGRITALK, the Municipality of Amadeo continues its commitment to empowering local communities, supporting farmers, and advancing a more resilient and progressive agricultural sector for all Amadeans.

AMADEO GRAND FEST 2026: RECOGNITION OF PARTNERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND BARANGAYS

The Local Government of Amadeo, under the leadership of Mayor Jojo Domingo, through the Municipal Tourism Office headed by Charisse Perey Rodil, proudly recognized the valued partners, volunteers, and participating barangays who contributed to the success of the recently concluded Amadeo Grand Fest 2026: Buwan ng Pasasalamat.

Certificates of Appreciation were awarded in recognition of their unwavering support, dedication, and active participation throughout the month long celebration, which greatly contributed to the success and vibrancy of this year’s festivities.

All participating barangays were likewise recognized and received an additional Php 10,000 cash incentive for the outstanding performances of their street dancers during the Mayabong Streetdance Competition.

Special recognition was also given for the Best Cultural Presentation through the colorful and creative banderitas displayed by the Poblacion barangays. Barangay Poblacion 2 emerged as Champion and received Php 15,000, followed by Barangay Poblacion 8 as 2nd Place with Php 10,000, and Barangay Poblacion 12 as 3rd Place with Php 5,000.

The Municipality of Amadeo extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who became part of this meaningful celebration of culture, unity, and thanksgiving.

HISTORIC MILESTONE: AMADEO OPENS ITS FIRST DIALYSIS CENTER

As Amadeo Grand Fest 2026: Buwan ng Pasasalamat comes to a close, the Municipality of Amadeo proudly celebrates a historic milestone with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement and the ribbon cutting ceremony of the NeoHope Dialysis Center, led by Mayor Jojo Domingo together with the members of the Sangguniang Bayan and municipal department heads.

For the first time in the history of Amadeo, dialysis patients will now have access to life saving treatment closer to home, completely FREE for those in need. This milestone reflects the municipality’s continuing commitment to accessible, compassionate, and people centered healthcare.

📍 Located in Barangay Banaybanay, Amadeo, Cavite, beside the Basketball Covered Court.

This transformative healthcare facility was made possible through the partnership with NeoHope Dialysis Center, represented by Dr. Aldous Angeles and Engr. Lito Angeles, whose dedication to quality and accessible healthcare helped bring this vital service to the community.

With this development, patients and their families will no longer need to travel far or endure long waiting hours in neighboring municipalities just to receive treatment. Healthcare is now closer, faster, more convenient, and more dignified for every Amadean.

The public is hereby informed that the following barangays in Amadeo may experience manual load dropping or rotational brownouts today due to the implementation of a RED ALERT status by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP):

• Brgy. Talon

🕕 Schedule: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Residents and business establishments in the affected areas are advised to take the necessary precautions and prepare for possible temporary power interruptions. We also encourage everyone to conserve electricity to help stabilize the power supply during the implementation of the alert status.
