First 6 Days of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Implementation 🍽️
The School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) officially commenced on July 16, 2026, after a timely orientation to the parents conducted by Nurse Johny Compelio when he had a school visit, who provided important guidance to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the program.
This year's beneficiaries consist of 11 Kindergarten learners and 13 Grade 1 learners, for a total of 24 learner-beneficiaries.
The successful implementation of the program reflects the spirit of Bayanihan and the strong partnership between the school and the parents. Prior to the opening of the feeding program, parents of the beneficiaries met and strategically organized the meal preparation. Parent volunteers were assigned on a daily schedule to prepare, cook, and serve nutritious hot meals to the learners.
The school also extends its heartfelt appreciation to the generous donors who shared fresh vegetables, which greatly contributed to providing healthy and balanced meals for our young learners.
We sincerely thank Nurse Johny Compelio, our dedicated parents, generous donors, teachers, and all stakeholders whose unwavering support and cooperation made the first six days of the School-Based Feeding Program a meaningful success.
Together, we remain committed as the feeding program implemnetation continues, as it look forward to improving the health and nutritional well-being of our learners, one nutritious meal at a time.
