Sa ilalim ng RA 11313, bawal ang anumang gender-based sexual harassment sa schools at training institutions tulad ng malalaswang biro, sexual comments, at iba pang kilos na nakakasira ng dignidad ng estudyante o trainee.
Tungkulin ng mga institusyon na siguraduhing ligtas ang lahat: may CODI na tatanggap at mag-iimbestiga ng reklamo, may maayos at confidential na reporting system, at agarang aksyon na may due process.

Hindi dahil nasa loob ng trabaho ay maaari ng maging kampante sa mga "biro" o kilos. Tandaan na ang mga unwelcome remarks, malalaswang komento, o anumang gawain na nakakasira sa dignidad ng isang tao ay malinaw na paglabag sa batas.
Siguraduhin nating ang ating workplace ay isang safe space para sa lahat!

While government agencies implement energy conservation measures, essential services for women and girls must proceed without interruption, the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) advises government entities.
In Advisory No. 2026-001, the PCW outlined critical Gender and Development (GAD) programs that must be protected from reduction or deprioritization during the energy crisis. Agencies must maintain the continuous operation of life-saving interventions, including Violence Against Women (VAW) desk operations, case management, legal and psychosocial support, and maternal and reproductive health services. The PCW warns that disrupting these mandated services could expose victims to further harm and result in adverse health outcomes.

As the government rolls out policies to address the national energy crisis, the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) asserts that gender concerns are not optional and must not be sidelined during emergencies.
Through Advisory No. 2026-001, the PCW invokes the Magna Carta of Women, which mandates the State to ensure the protection, security, and adequate resource allocation for women during crisis situations. The Commission emphasizes that crisis responses, including austerity measures and fund releases, must integrate a gender lens.
The PCW advises policymakers and technical staff to ensure that energy relief and welfare programs specifically prioritize highly vulnerable groups, including women-headed households, elderly women, solo mothers, widows, and women with disabilities. Emergency policies must also recognize households of persons with diverse SOGIESC, ensuring equitable access to relief and recovery programs for all family types, including chosen families. Furthermore, if government office hours are reduced for energy conservation, the PCW strongly recommends implementing care-responsive scheduling, such as flexible work arrangements for employees with caregiving responsibilities.
